Referral information
Please include the clinical question or reason for referral, relevant history, current medications, examination findings and available pathology or imaging. For pregnancy referrals, include the estimated due date and relevant antenatal results where available.
If you are uncertain whether a referral is appropriate or believe your patient needs urgent review, please contact our rooms to discuss the next step.

Menstrual concerns, pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding, cervical screening abnormalities, menopause and general gynaecology.
Please attach relevant pathology, imaging, discharge summaries, operative notes and previous specialist correspondence.
Correspondence is provided to keep the referring practitioner informed of assessment and management.
Urgent referrals
For time-sensitive clinical concerns, phone reception on (07) 4779 9486 so the referral can be triaged appropriately. This service does not replace emergency care; patients who are acutely unwell should be directed to the appropriate emergency service.
